    Really marvelous meals in a cup

    These Lentiful cups are making such a positive contribution to my life. They are healthful, maximally simple to make, and tasty. And they don't contain any bad ingredients. I'm sure that anyone would enjoy them, but they're specially valuable to me as a vegetarian because of their high protein, fiber, and iron content. I need more iron in my diet, and lentils are one of the best vegetable sources of iron. Also, when I am home alone, they are the quickest and simplest way to get a hot meal.

    Doesn't Taste Low Sodium!

    Sometimes low sodium foods can taste bland, but not these! I was pleasantly surprised. I haven't had a chance to try all the flavors, but most of them, and I'm very pleased.

    Finally, truly low sodium quick, real food

    If you are just beginning your low sodium journey you may still need a "pinch" for flavor but after 60-90 days you won't even miss it. Let's face it, cooking at home is best but sometimes you just want something quick and easy that won't break the bank. Lentiful is a fantastic answer. Full of flavor, easy to prepare and despite what appears to be a small portion size-very filling. They are low fat, high protein, moderate carb with no added sugar. With most quick "healthy" foods you either trade fat for sugar or they are full of sodium. Lentiful hits the sweet spot (no pun intended).

    LOVE THESE LENTIFUL CUPS!!!

    I absolutely LOVE these lentiful cups! They are so convenient and delicious for a quick meal anytime. All the flavors in the low sodium variety pack are super good, but if I had to pick a favorite I think it's vegetable harvest (but honestly all the flavors are awesome). My favorite thing to add to these cups is pan fried tofu cubes and avocado...it's one of my favorite lunches to make and only takes 5 minutes. I love the low sodium options too, perfect amount of salt. Try these, you will not be disappointed!
