Hi, I recently found these lentil meals and have enjoyed them. I like: the convenience in cooking (and cooking time 1.25 or 1.5 minutes); the low sodium items are a treat for me (I add potassium chloride, however, I do not mention that as what others should do--possible mystery about sodium and potassium levels in individual humans :); and the flavor is nice. I was looking at my serving today and wondered if okra (and then jalapeno) could be added. I'm planning to include a photo showing the "fill to water line" in the containers. It it kind of a 3D line, not a printed line and is not so easy for me to see.

Love the flavors!

These were absolutely amazing. This flavor is excellent. My daughter added a little bit of shredded cheese. Crunched up a few chips and added hot sauce so satisfying and you staple for a long time.

Great taste with little sodium
Proves that "fast food" can be nutritious! My cooking skills do not extend beyond boiling water...and that's all I need. Sometimes I'll add some milled chia seeds, which thicken the soup into something closer to a stew. Yum.
