    Delish! I bought this with the intention of doctoring it up a bit, and after a dash of fish sauce, a squeeze of lime, and a drop of soy sauce.... WOW! Such a great source of fiber and protein. I am a busy graduate student clinician so quick meals are key, and these fit the bill!
