Pineapple "Chorizo"

Because we strictly follow a WFPBNO diet, it’s about impossible to deliver meals with healthy ingredients, no added oils, great taste, and at a reasonable cost. We cannot really go to restaurants either. I spend hours in our kitchen with cookbooks trying to incorporate great taste without the use of animal products, dairy or oils. We have an enormous supply of different lentils of all colors, from the US, Italy, France…. But what can I do with these gems???

Lentiful products have become a staple now. Each flavor is different but today I ate my first Pineapple Chorizo cup and it’s my new favorite. The spices are just right! It’s a bit spicy and you can taste the pineapple and lime distinctly!

My husband hasn’t yet tried this flavor but I’m sure he’ll be happy that I’m ordering more of it today.

Not sure if I got an old batch because these tasted a bit bitter. It wasn't like this when I first ordered and received them a few months ago. Need to do more QC and get rid of old batches before sending them to loyal followers.

Loved it so much I ordered a whole box this time. Such a great and easy work lunch.

Homestyle chili has a great flavor, is surprisingly filling, and is super easy to make as a plant based work lunch. Definitely ordering more, and excited to branch out to different flavors!
