    Yum Yum

I love these! My favorite is the vegetable kind. They’re so easy to take when I travel and at home when I don’t feel like cooking!

    Great

I ordered this because I had the variety box before and when it came time to restock I couldn’t remember which flavors I liked or didn’t like. Turns out the tomato bolognese was not one of my favorites but that’s just my personal taste. Overall this makes such a great lunch! It’s a convenient way to get some fiber, and I really appreciate the low sodium option. And now they have “fill” lines marked on the container so it’s even easier. Just boil some water, pour it up to the line, wait a few minutes and you’re good to go. A few times I’ve put a peeled hard boiled egg in the mix for a little more volume - so you can treat it as a base and dress it up, or it’s good just to eat as is. I do wish it was a little less expensive, so I try to buy when there are sales.

Where Have You Been All My Life?

We have a 5-month road trip coming up. It’s an annual affair where I hike with my dogs and send out stories from the open road. But it is complicated by my diet. Seven years ago, I was in the ICU, having suffered heart and kidney failure, stroke, sepsis, pneumonia, blood clots, and several other maladies. I returned to health and hiking, thanks to a whole-food, plant-based diet. My only problem with Lentifuls is that I am eating them all before we leave home!
