Tastes good, very filling
I am writing this as 165lb male, 40 years old, in good shape. I wanted to try these as a healthy, low calorie, high protein meal option. I was not expecting to be as full from a can of lentils as I am from these! It’s a tasty, warm, quick, healthy and filling meal. I have had some for lunch and dinner and it’s plenty to keep me going. I will order again.

My favorite flavor!
To be honest, all of the flavors are good but Tomato Bolognese I keep coming back to. Perfect snack or meal. The variety pack is a great way to go as well, find what you like!
