I've tried several different Lentiful flavors, and the Low Sodium Vegetable Harvest is by far my favorite. With only 140 mg of sodium, it has wonderful depth of flavor! Here's a little tip: For 2 or 3 delicious servings of soup, prepare the Vegetable Harvest as directed on the package, then add it to 15 oz of heated low-sodium vegetable broth ... YUM!

Easy, filling, and tasty

Definitely yum factor
