Low sodium robs these offerings of a lot of flavor, in my opinion, but as a necessary dietary restriction I can’t complain. Let them sit for longer than two minutes after heating to allow for the full texture of the meal to bloom.

Fighting the slump with mid day chili lunches
Have to say, I love a good bowl of chili. What I love about Lentiful three-bean chili, is beside that it is easy to make. But I bump up my protein by adding steamed shrimp, some goat cheese, and any green veggies (including avocado) and the whole meal is wonderful.
Mid day slumps are real, I feel so much better after having it as a cup of chili or dressing it up.
