    Tasty & Satisfying!

    I wanted to incorporate more lentils to further boost my protein intake, but needed a quick preparation. These are PERFECT! They're convenient to take to work, throw in my bag for the climbing gym, etc. I've tried them all and the Mexican Green Chile is my favorite because it has a bit of a kick. From now on, I'm making sure I have a healthy stock in the cupboard!!!!

    Too much seasoning

    I found this to be over-seasoned. I sift the lentils and larger pieces out and then add salt.

    Good stuff!

    I really like this one - but here are my "hacks" for it - 1., use juuuust a little less water than the fill line, 2., add shredded cheese, 3., add sour cream, and stir. It's terrific!
