Easy Healthy and Delish
I really love these things. You just dump boiling water into the paper cup, and then you get 10 grams of protein, no dishes to wash.
The container is easy to rinse in 5s and toss into recycling so i can feel good for earth too.
Even though they seem expensive, the quality is really worth it.
They are also small and light enough to throw in a suitcase so you can eat healthy on the road.
